Our Accomplishments To-Date Include:

Industry/Company Specific Handbooks — A customized bi-lingual guide of the terminology and customer service vocabulary and phrases of a specific industry, i.e., landscaping and lawn care; funeral home services; financial services, etc. to improve communication among Spanish speaking employees, their English speaking colleagues and customers
Healthcare — Ensure that Spanish speaking employees are fully aware of their families” coverage and their policies” requirements and benefits
Employee Manuals — Managed the translation and presented the material, orally, to 60+
non-reading Spanish speaking employees
Occupational Spanish — Taught, to date, 350+ English speaking managers the necessary Spanish they need to know in order to do their jobs better
Occupational English — The other side of the equation — Includes teaching “customer service” English to Latinos to enhance the customer experience (50+ employees to date)
Pesticide Applicator’s Certification Test — Tutor Spanish speaking staff on taking and passing landscape industry certification test
Tech Support — Taught Spanish speaking staff how to automate and check time sheets (result of company using electronic timesheets through Palm Pilots that need to be updated, uploaded and synced with the server, daily, with more than 50–60+ workers’ time, schedule, and notes.) [Client Billing & Payroll Application]
Computer & Software Training — Tutor Spanish speaking managers on how to better use a computer in the workplace
Diversity Awareness Training — A great eye opener for American managers of Latino workers, i.e., is a “foot” really a “foot?”
U.S. Citizenship Test — Tutor Spanish speaking staff on U.S. history and civics
